More SMS Rates... this time in Jakarta:

Telkomsel RM 0.66 (Peak)
Indosat RM 0.39 (Peak)
XLcom RM 0.35 (Peak)
NTS Axis RM 0.26 (Peak)
Although XL & Axis were cheaper, we found that the coverage is not as good as the other 2.
In the end, we decided to manually login to Indosat to enjoy the good rates & decent coverage.
